Fantastic Hand Painted Valentine

Scanned next to a normal stamp to illustrate the size. Beautifully draw and painted Valentine…..the envelope has a dummy of the 1880-81 Penny Lilac but the cancellation is dated 14th Feb 1891 (maybe the year it was given??). All hand drawn……a lab
