1938 2d scarlet perf 15 x 14 upper right corner block of eight Plate 1 on the very edge of the selvedge. ?Bottom left middle stamp is M/M the rest are U/M (also mounted in the sheet margin) lower left stamp with bends otherwise fine. ?The ASC States that plate 1 (and 2) are Rare with only two or three examples being recorded of each position.
