Dollis Hill 3d Block with 2mm and 4mm Centre Bands U/M

The left stamps have a 2mm Band and the right stamps have a 4mm band. This item is illustrated on page 30 of the Dollis Hill Find. Ex The Edward Klempka Collection who was the Author of the DOLLIS HILL FIND
