SG198Var 1 1/2d Jubilee Open Leaf and Turned Down Leaf Varieties

The used example shows the bottom left leaf with a flaw that makes it look Open. The mint (no gum and creased) example appears to show the retouch of the flaw. (Producing what looks like at Turned Down Leaf). There is another of the Turned Down Leaf variety recorded but we dont know of any other Open Leaf Varieties.
