Dollis Hill 2d light stamps Gutter Strip printed on repair tape

The handmade paper used for part of the trials was susceptible to tearing. This strip has been torn during the printing process and has been repaired with tape the repaired paper has then been printed upon. Sometime later the tape has been detached (either deliberately or not). It shows a strong Green phosphor reaction from the front and also a phosphor reaction from the back (of the strip Not the tape. The top strip has Watermark Multiple crowns to the right (only known on Dollis Hill trials) the tape of course does not have a watermark.
