Bahawalpur SG1/17 KGVI Set Top Values RPS Certs U/M a few toned Cat 20000

Bahawalpur Independence set. The 3a 4a and 12a are heavily toned. The KEY top 3 values of which only 60 were every overprinted have separate modern RPS Certs the 2r is perfect U/M. The 5r states light soiling at bottom right but U/M and the 10r states that it is toned on lower half again U/M. The 1r 2r and 5r all have the overprint Variety Breaks on left and Right Arms of the Star. Only of the rarest KGVI sets.
