Dominica SG122b 2c A of CA missing from wmk (Small part remains at base) U/M

SG state examples with part of the left leg of the A still present are worth much less (Cat 475 pounds). The collector said in Murray Payne missing A all have a small portion of the right curve of the letter remaining. Which this one does.
