24 March 1952 Registered Airmail cover from South Georgia to England franked by 1946 thick map 1d and 2d and 1948 thin map 1/-. Tied by fine strikes of type M& CDS with an Airmail Label at upper left and registered label at lower right. Maidstone backstamp of 14 AP 5s. Light creasing and two stamps affected by blue crayon but a good correct rate franking (1/- airmail plus 3d registration)
