8 May 1995 Douglas FDI Victory in Europe -Victory in Europe The Africa Star signed by Captain Philip John Gardner VC MC Royal Tank Regiment. Captain PJ Gardner MC was awarded the Victoria Cross for the most conspicuous gallantry on active service on the morning of November 23rd 1841 south east of Tobruk. Certified example of which only 500 were produced.
