N4p 2/- Booklet Phosphor Misplaced on 1 1/2d and 3d

April 1961 booklet with Blue Phosphor mis-placed on the 3d and 1 1/2d panes. It is just showing on one side so does not qualify as one band. BOTH panes have Perfs trimmed on one side
