Large piece with India KEVII and KGV official stamps. KGV 2r Pair and 1r plus 3a and 1/2a service. Also KEVII 6a OHMS all tied to a registered piece by NEPAL (Hellrigl Type B29) cancels dated 22 of November 1935. The piece was sent to F.M. Bailey. Bailey was the British Minister in Kathmandu in 1922/3 and 1927. He was associated with Tibet and Nepal for over 30 years. (see Waterfalls Postal History of Tibet pages 20 to 22).
