Rhodesia 1910-13 Double Head Issue Perforated 14 One Shilling black and bright turquoise-blue. No gash 4 headplate position 39 showing Exclamation Flaw (state 3). very lightly mounted mint fine. RSC H Ex Deverall MacGregor 2008 also Ex Underwood 2011 and Ex Mike Rolfe. (The RSC number is from the detailed listings which are available free of charge on the website.
